Parking lots:
In the City centre of Leuven it is very hard to find a free parking spot; besides, the parking time is usually restricted
to the maximum of 2 hours.
In the City centre of Leuven there are practically parking meters everywhere and the police and stadswacht
often survey to fine people who illegaly park their car.
For visitors it is advised to park their cars in one of these parking lots (where you have to pay):
- Stationsparking (De Bond), 388 parking spots.
- Super City One, Bondgenotenlaan, 260 parking spots, situated near the railway station.
- Martelarenlaan, 350 spots, situated near the railway station.
- Parking Ladeuze, Ladeuzeplein, 744 parking spots.
Its entry is indicated from the Tiense Poort onwards, this parking lot is situated near most of the college buildings in the City centre.
- Sint-Jacobsplein, 210 parking spots.
- Parking Philips, 400 parking spots
or in one of the free parking lots outside of the ring (a 10-15 minute walk to the City centre):

University services, faculties or departments in the City centre mostly have an own parking lot (which is closed
by a barrier). With the agreement of the concerned service you could eventually park your car there.
The Campus of Gasthuisberg (University Hospital) has a parking lot where you have to pay.
Most of the buildings of the Campus of Arenberg have free parking space near the buildings.
